MPCC welcomes the contribution and presentations for posting on our Web site. One benefit of belonging to a consortium is the opportunity to share resources and experiences and to learn from each other.
Contributions should address topics related to the transformation of primary care practices, engagement of consumers in their own healthcare, or rebuilding the primary care workforce. Examples include stories, case studies, best practices, policies and/or protocols to support primary care practice transformation, tools for use by practices or consumers, presentations, reports, and others.

MPCC will review your submission using the following process:
1. Submissions will be evaluated for the following:
Note: Submissions should NOT promote or invite the purchase of a product or service.
2. Contributors will be informed of the review decision in a timely manner
3. Submissions accepted for use will be posted exactly as submitted unless MPCC staff has consulted with the contributor or an authorized person about possible alterations in the original submission and has obtained permission to make the alterations.
4. MPCC reserves the right to remove and delete posted materials without notifying contributors.
All submissions are considered to by voluntary contributions. The MPCC does not purchase or otherwise provide compensation or reimbursement for Web site contributions.
